911 Hood '74-'98$ 893.00 USD
GT Racing part 24 reproduces the short hood used on 1974–1998 Porsche 911 models, through the 993. The composite outer skin is resin-infused and vacuum-bagged, then bonded to a reinforced inner frame. Average weight is 12 lb.
Hinges and latch
The hood is designed for the existing hinges and latch arrangement, with hood pins also an option. Mounting hardware for the original hinges is included, along with a mounting point for the original latch. Plan to reuse your latch.
Short hood or backdate hood?
This is the short-hood profile. For an early-style nose on a later car, compare the separate long/short conversion hood.
